A: Yes, we offer samples. Please feel free to contact us.

Q2: Do you offer customized package and logo print?
A: Yes. We support OEM orders. You can custom your logo on the product & on the color box, custom your package, custom the product color.

Q3: How many pcs for minimum order quantity?
A: For custom orders, normally MOQ 3000 pcs, but we also support quality clients with small qty for trial order.

Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

Q5: How many days for sample making and mass production?
A: For sample order, 3-7 days, for bulk order, 35-40 days. Also it depends on the product craft.

Q6: How do you guarantee good quality?
A: We do 100% testing for all products before packing. We have an excellent QC process and department, they will inspect every product and ensure the all product can work before shipped out.
